As part of the Reproductive Health Service Corps, NSRH has developed a sexual and reproductive health certificate for registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, doulas, EMS professionals, community health workers and medical assistants.
The certificate consists of 8 courses. Each course begins with an overview of the SRH topic and ends with a section that provides further information and context relevant to each profession. It also builds skills within their scope to incorporate this care into practice. Each course has a continuing education credit and after completion of all eight courses, learners will receive a certificate of completion. After completing this certificate, learners will be able to start providing patient-centered and evidence based sexual and reproductive health to their communities.
